La utilidad y la eficacia del sistema y de todo el aparato de “inteligencia” del régimen cubano, es cosa de elemental lógica humana. Digamos que los restos de un explorador encontrado en las ricas tumbas de los Faraones egipcios demuestra que aquel ¿afortunado? aventurero supo de muy notables secretos y los conservó consigo por obligación, pues él murió por inanición encerrado allá adentro en aquéllas tenebrosas tumbas.
